The owner has put much thought into the provision of comfort and quality featuring slate floors, wooden worktops and bespoke oak staircase. Nellies, a former potato store and workshop, is situated on the edge of family run Carnevas Farm in the heart of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm is adjacent to Carnevas Holiday Park which offers on site facilities during the summer season to include a shop, a bar also serving bar meals and children's play area all of which are available to occupants of Nellies. The well loved surfing beach of Porthcothan Bay is within walking distance and on the way you will pass the popular Tredrea Inn and Berryfields Farm where you could sample a Cornish cream tea.

Lounge/Diner: TV, DVD player.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3' - can be pushed together to form 6' super kingsize), wardrobes, chest of drawers, hair dryer En Suite Shower Room: Large shower unit with thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.
Kitchen: Built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed (5'), wardrobes, chest of drawers,
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3') can be pushed together to make super-king, bunk beds (3'), cot, wardrobes, chest of drawers.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small paved patio garden with table and chairs.  Shared drying area and parking for up to 3 cars to the rear. Shared garden area available from Easter 2025

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs (medium size); £35 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent; underfloor heating (from heatpump); electric log effect burner in lounge; heated towel rail bathroom.

We stayed over New Year and had a wonderful time. The cottage is well equipped and spacious - we'll be back!

The property is absolutely lovely, it is very well presented, extremely clean and all the dcor, fixtures and furniture are of a very high standard, beds are lovely and comfortable, the owners are very helpful and friendly. Lovely accomodation and great beaches within walking distance. Bit of a trek to the supermarket but plenty of storage and good size fridge freezer to get plenty of stock in for the week. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space in the accomodation for 7 of us and two dogs
