Swallows is a beautiful stone barn conversion offering a high standard of spacious accommodation. Swallows is situated on the edge of family run Carnevas Farm in the heart of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a perfect location for exploring the countryside. The farm is adjacent to Carnevas Holiday Park which offers on site facilities during the summer season to include a shop and bar serving meals. This stunning little gem of a property is the perfect place for two, with an enclosed courtyard on one side and a sunny patio on the other; it has so much to offer inside and out. You will find many restaurants within easy driving distance, Padstow (5 miles) and St Merryn (2 miles) where you can sample locally sourced food. If you are feeling energetic you can surf the waves on nearby Porthcothan and Treyarnon bays, walk the coastal footpath or just relax and be cosy at Swallows.  Also located on the edge of Carnevas Farm are Nellies, Bowgie and Carnevas Farmhouse.  All private and independent from each other; any number can be booked together for couples/families looking to holiday together but with their own spaces.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small courtyard to front, patio to rear with table and 4 chairs. Allocated parking space directly outside the property. Shared garden area also available.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent; underfloor heating (from heatpump); electric log effect burner lounge; heated towel rail wet room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Shop: 100 yds - seasonal; otherwise 800 yds  Pub: 100 yds - seasonal: otherwise 3mls

A wonderful, cosy property. Everything in the property is provided to self cater. A huge comfortable bed. Campsite next door which non residents can use which has a bar and a well stocked shop if you need anything. Wonderful coastal walks and the walk to the beach is around 20 mins. This was our 4thvisit and we'll be booking for next year.

Absolutely brilliant rental. Fully equipped. Perfect location for some gorgeous beaches and villages and towns. Owner easily contactable and available.All on one level if you have mobility issues. Highly recommend

Really lovely clean and well equipped property. Two sitting out areas which catch the sun most of the day. The underfloor heating was very efficient and the cottage stayed cosy. Good to have beautiful beach just a 15 minute walk and a bus stop which stops at the beaches between Padstow and Newquay so we were able to leave car back at the property aRead morend explore that way. Nice to meet friendly owner and her daughter too. Will hope to return in the future. By the way the bed is HUGE and extremely comfortable. Hide

Lovely bright, clean, spacious, comfortable cottage. Adequate outside seating space however felt a little overlooked by neighboring accommodation and no views but this was a small price to pay for this outstanding cottage, nearby walks and beautiful coastal paths all in walking distance. We had a fab holiday Thankyou
