GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Refrigerator, American style fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 42 inch Smart TV, DVD player, DAB Radio, dining table and chairs, breakfast bar with stools. 
Utility: Washing machine, sink and back door.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c. 
Lounge/Diner: Electric wood effect stove, 55 inch Smart TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, 3 sofas, 3 chairs, 2 coffee tables, patio doors opening to the decking outside.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King Size (Pocket Sprung) can be made into twin beds on request, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables, hair dryer, door to balcony which has a bistro table and chairs. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c. 
Bedroom 2: King Size (Pocket Sprung) can be made into twin beds on request, chest of drawers, bedside tables.
Bedroom 3: King Size (Pocket Sprung) can be made into twin beds on request, chest of drawers, bedside tables.
Bathroom: Bath (shower over), basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars at road level then a flight of steps lead up to large decked area with garden furniture at the front of the property. There is a balcony from the main bedroom.

Pets Welcome: 3 pets welcome, £25 per pet per week (nb. pets are not allowed upstairs).
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; Electric wood effect stove; gas fired c.h./hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Stair gate at bottom of stairs; other equipment not provided.

NOTES: No smoking. Sloping eaves in some rooms - mind your head! WiFi provided. Telephone with incoming calls, mobile reception varies.

Great quiet location. Plenty of space in the property. Lots of utensils in kitchen. Nice touch with loan of body boards. Definitely recommend.

A lovely spacious cabin, it was quite tight to get on the drive if you have two cars and the road was a little bumpy leading up to it but we managed ok. It is in the middle of nowhere but a great base for exploring Cornwall - you just need to drive everywhere. The cabin itself was really big, we went with 6 adults and 3 pets and there was plenty oRead moref space, loads of comfy seating for everyone. The cabin has everything you need - we ate out everyday but thats just because we are on holiday and wanted a break from cooking, so didnt really use anything but its all there if you do. The only thing we found was we could have done with fans in the bedrooms as it did get hot at night . There was quite a few cobwebs especially around the lights but overall it was very clean. We had a lovely weeks holiday and would stay at Honeywood again. Hide

Beautifully decorated and had a lovely cosy feel, great location close to Padstow and nice and quiet. There were a few issues that need solving but overall we had a lovely holiday.
