This luxurious Canadian Log Home is situated within a ten minute drive of some of Cornwall's most spectacular beaches. It provides the perfect holiday retreat: light and airy in summer; cosy and warm in winter. It really is a bit special, with wooden walls and open beamed ceilings creating a spacious and relaxing atmosphere, and furnished to provide a beautiful and comfortable home from home. The decking is perfect for dining 'al fresco'. Situated in a sheltered valley above the quaint hamlet of Little Petherick, this property is only 2 miles from the picturesque harbour of Padstow with its famous seafood restaurants, charming shops and much-loved walking and cycle trail along the River Camel.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Refrigerator, American style fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 42 inch Smart TV, DVD player, DAB Radio, dining table and chairs, breakfast bar with stools. 
Utility: Washing machine, sink and back door.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c. 
Lounge/Diner: Electric wood effect stove, 55 inch Smart TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, 3 sofas, 3 chairs, 2 coffee tables, patio doors opening to the decking outside.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Super-king-size (pocket sprung) can be made into twin beds on request, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables, hair dryer, door to balcony which has a bistro table and chairs. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c. 

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars at road level then a flight of steps lead up to large decked area with garden furniture at the front of the property. There is a balcony from the main bedroom.

Pets Welcome: 3 pets welcome, £25 per pet per week (nb. pets are not allowed upstairs).
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; Electric wood effect stove; gas fired c.h./hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Stair gate at bottom of stairs; other equipment not provided.
Shop: 2 mls Pub: 0.4 ml

NOTES: No smoking. Sloping eaves in some rooms - mind your head! WiFi provided. Telephone with incoming calls, mobile reception varies.

A wonderful, out of this world lodge, fantastic equipment and thoughtfully decorated. You will need to drive everywhere but roads are clearly sign posted. There are a few niggles but no doubt the owner will sort

Great location and very spacious house. Be aware only small back yard for dogs.
