The surrounding countryside offers plenty to discover, with the market towns of Bideford, Barnstaple and Great Torrington all within 15 miles, providing independent shops, cafés and local attractions. The popular beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow are less than 10 miles away, while the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly, famous for its steep cobbled streets and historic harbour, is under 15 miles from the lodge. North Devon’s rolling countryside and dramatic coastline also provide excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and wildlife watching.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, making mealtimes easy and convenient throughout your stay. Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate and electricity is included. The lodge offers one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with bed linen, duvets and towels provided and beds made up ready for arrival. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower over the bath and WC. Guests have free access to five well-stocked coarse and carp fishing lakes across the estate, with woodland walks and trails leading through the surrounding grounds. A washing machine is located in an adjacent shed, and a shared metered tumble dryer is available on site. One allocated woodland parking space is provided, and guests should note that there are steep gradients across the estate.
