Stroll just 150m from your front door and you’ll find scenic Millendreath Beach. The popular seaside town of Looe is a short drive away, or the keen walkers can enjoy a stunning coastal walk - here you'll find a picturesque harbour, beach, shops and restaurants and enjoy boat trips to Looe island, a wildlife sanctuary.  Alternatively, head to the South West Coast Path (0.5 miles) and enjoy an invigorating hike to Seaton (3.5 miles), where the beautiful Hessenford Valley meets the sea. Further afield, treat yourself to a day exploring the global gardens and world famous biomes at the Eden Project (24.5 miles).

Step inside and you’ll find a bright and cheerful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that’s bathed in natural light from the large patio doors. Take a moment to appreciate the beach-house-chic decor and adorable coastal design touches. The small kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare pack lunches and evening meals to enjoy outside or at the dining table. Afterwards, stretch out on a sofa to watch a movie on the Smart TV. When the day is done, you have two coastal-themed bedrooms to choose from – a double and twin. A smart family shower room completes the layout.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the large balcony/terrace, which offers spectacular views of the valley and sea. Stetch out on a sun lounger or host a fun al fresco meal at the stylish dining table. Stroll to the beach cafe to enjoy good value meals, or enjoy a cocktail and pizza at the Sip and Slice beach bar.  Car parking is at the main car park just in front of the property at a cost of £20 per week.
