The semi-detached stables have been renovated to offer stylish accommodation, the back drop of the cottages is the imposing village church. With all modern conveniences the properties are the perfect base from which to explore Norfolk both country and coast.

 Set in the village of Worstead, a short drive from Wroxham capital of the broads,  the property offers an excellent base for exploring Norfolk, for nature lovers there are  miles of country lanes to explore. Stroll along the miles of  beach at Mundesley and Overstrand or  visit nearby Cromer, if you wish to head further afield Wells next the Sea. Visit Holkham Hall and Holkham beach., or head in land to the lovely Georgian market town of Holt, where you can also visit the country park. All the properties are on site with the local public house which offers weekly live music and cuisine-winners of the 2014 Channel 4's "Four in a Bed".  Worstead is home to a summer festival each year in July.

Guest arriving at property access via a wooden stable door into a light and spacious open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. The well equipped kitchen having electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, the dining area with table and chairs, the lounge area with sofas and flatscreen TV . The ground floor shower room comprises of shower cubilcle, WC and wash hand basin. Stairs leading to the first floor, a master double bedroom, a further double bedroom accessed via one side. First floor shower room having shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside: Guests are able to use the pub gardens with the village playground nearby.
