This beautiful ground floor apartment is only a stone's throw from the sandy bay of Croyde. Perfect for family and friends that love the beach. This incredible Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is popular amongst holidaymakers, with keen walkers and coast lovers returning year after year. With an array of independent surf and craft shops and a variety of local cuisine on offer, this is a great place to relax and enjoy time off with loved ones. Only 4.5 miles is the beautiful seaside village of Woolacombe with 3 miles of sandy beach and Saunton Sands only 1 mile away is well known for its surfing, burrows and has a 36 hole golf course which is open to visitors.

Enter this apartment on the ground floor and you will come across the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has sofas surrounding the TV, a great place to relax and watch a favourite movie together. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, the perfect place to cook a lovely meal after a busy day exploring the local area. This property is lovely and in such a beautiful location. It is well appointed and very comfortable. It can be quite noisy if people are talking on the balcony above, which isn't an issue if it's at a reasonable time of day, but can be disturbing if it's early morning or late at night. The views from the balcony are second to none - stunning. The aRead morepartment has all the appliances you might need but the sofa and armchair could do with a good deep clean! Hide

We stayed at the beginning of August , access to car park and apartment was really easy, the apartment is in an amazing location and is very clean and tidy. A nice touch was the cream tea, bread and milk all very much appreciated, the apartment was big enough for 3 adults and a child. Bedrooms are quite small but not a problem although very hot in Read morethe night and the on site fans were needed. Im sure we will book again. Hide

A lovely small apartment in a beautiful location. It is ideal for a couple or 2 adults and 2 small children. It would be a tight squeeze for 2 couples as the second twin bedded room is very cramped.
