Attractive apartment situated in the beautiful village of Croyde, with fantastic beach views directly from the property. The beach is a surfer’s paradise or the perfect setting for a picnic with the family, whilst the village has plenty of amenities including pubs, local shops and a regular Tuesday market from June - September. Other notable beaches including Woolacombe, Barricane and Putsborough can be found within 5 miles. For those who enjoy walking, the property is ideally located for rambling along the North Devon coastline with Baggy Point being just 1.5 miles away and Braunton Burrows 5 miles. Explore the nearby attractions including Combe Martin Dinosaur and Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle and Exmoor Zoo or take a trip on Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, all within 25 miles.

Upon arriving at the property, enjoy the panoramic views of the beach. After going up the stairs and into the apartment, you are welcomed into the bright and airy lounge where you can find comfortable seating and a Smart TV which is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and slimline dishwasher. After preparing a delicious feast, head to the dining table where there’s space for a convivial meal with all your guests. There are three beautiful bedrooms, one super-king-size which can be made into twin beds upon request, one double and one twin. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower over the bath, and WC.

Outside, you can enjoy the lawned garden area which has seating with the beach offering a beautiful and tranquil backdrop. The perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or catch up with a good book whilst the children play. There is on-site parking for two cars.

What an amazing property right on the beach! My children and I had a fantastic holiday here and the added touch of the welcome scones and clotted cream were a real treat. The tv stopped working at one point during the week but that really did nothing to impact our brilliant experience here.

Absolutely fantastic location. The apartment was well laid out, clean and enough room for four of us. As others have said in reviews, you do need to be aware that this is up a couple of flights of stairs and has sloping ceilings but this didnt bother us. The direct access to the beach and parking were a real plus, particularly as we surf so could gRead moreet out early / late and make the most of it. Would definitely come back Hide

Positives: amazing location. Literally cannot get closer to the beach. Ideal for beach going families. Fabulous views. Comfy beds that meant we all slept well. Plenty of secure parking. Negatives: being up 3 flights of stairs so not ideal for unfit or people with mobility issues. The write up on the website didn't clearly state this. It's in the eaRead moreves so you have to stoop a lot to avoid hitting your head. This is especially annoying in the shower and kitchen. Hide

Lovely apartment right on beach front. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the beds. Please note: not suitable for those with limited capacity for stairs or are just unfit as is up 3 flights of stairs. Peppercombe is the only accommodation on this sight without a balcony but does have Velux windows that give the best views of Read morethe ocean / beach. Hide

Wonderful week in an incredible location. The flat is as photographed, up in the eaves on the top floor. The lounge / dining area has windows on either side to take advantage of the through breeze. It was clean, well equipped and our only glitch (running toilet) was fixed promptly and without fuss.
