The beautiful sands at Woolacombe are a short distance as are the popular beaches at Croyde and Saunton, excellent for surfing. Head over to Ilfracombe, where you can see Damian Hirst’s Verity, dine in the quayside restaurants, and relax on Tunnels Beaches. Walkers are well-catered for with nearby access to the South West Coast Path, Exmoor and the popular Tarka Trail, which offers off-road walking and cycling.

On entering the property, you will find yourself in an entrance porch with plenty of space for boots and shoes, and also home to the washer/dryer. Four steps lead up to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with two comfy sofas and a large Smart TV. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice compartment, and a dishwasher. A breakfast bar and stools provide room for a coffee or light lunch while the table cleverly nestles next to the staircase allowing for a more formal evening meal. French doors lead out from the lounge area to the garden. Stairs lead up from the lounge to two bedrooms; one king-size with Smart TV and a cosy second bedroom with a single bed. A separate shower room with large shower completes the accommodation.

Stepping outside, you’ll find a rear, enclosed private seating area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, and Hot tub.

Butterfly Annexe is wonderful. The inside space is open plan and socialable. The bedrooms are very comfortable too. The garden is secure for the dogs and the hot tub is perfect to sit in, in the sunshine. Thank you, we can't wait to return!

The Butterfly Annexe is in a beautiful location, convenient for all the local towns and villages. The property is very well presented and has everything you could ask for. A luxury holiday home

Lovely location and very well equipped with high end products. Stairs are extremely steep and deep so would be an accessibility issue for some people. Is on busy road but once inside it's quiet. WiFi drops out frequently so may not be reliable for some.

Recommend this cottage to stay . Woolacoombe ( 5 mile plus beach ) and Ilfracombe beach short drive , dog friendly . Tesco short drive for all your shopping . Owners very helpful
