Join friends and family for a relaxing getaway in this fabulous holiday home in the Lancashire countryside. The property, which welcomes six guests, is nestled within the grounds of Eaves Hall and is a fantastic base for outdoor enthusiasts, with a network of walking and cycling trails to explore from your front door. Nearby highlights include Pendle Hill (7 miles), famous for its links to the 17th-century witch trials, and the breathtaking Scaleber Force Waterfall (17 miles). You’ll also be just 14 miles from Beacon Fell Country Park, with its vast, open moorland and ancient woodlands to explore. The vibrant market town of Clitheroe is 3 miles away. This is a great place to pick up local produce for your supper, thanks to the excellent array of independent shops and open-air markets. The town also has a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants, and is home to England’s smallest Norman castle. For a fun, family day out, journey to Bowland Wild Boar Park (10 miles), where little ones can meet the animals, burn off steam in the play areas, and ride on the tractors.

The attractive holiday cottage is set within a small courtyard, alongside two similar holiday homes. Inside, discover an elegant lounge/kitchen/diner with calming decor, stylish accessories, and gorgeous artwork adorning the walls. Rustle up hearty dinners for the group in the sleek kitchen area, which has all the worktop space and equipment needed to cater for everyone. Perch at the breakfast bar for informal dining, or gather around the dining table for memorable mealtimes together. At the opposite end of the room is an inviting lounge area with vibrant sofas set around a Smart TV – the ideal spot for a movie night at the end of a busy day. Upstairs, you’ll find three tastefully decorated bedrooms – a super-king-size, a king-size, and a double – all with plush linens and Smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and there’s also a contemporary family bathroom on this level.

Outside, enjoy the peaceful setting on the bench in the cobbled courtyard, where you can read your book or sip a glass of wine at the end of the day. The property has ample private parking.

We arrived at 6pm to a dirty house, the only thing done was changing the bed linen. There was not even a bottle of milk left for us. The oven was disgusting the microwave was dirty, Overall very, very disappointing

A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. This really is a lovely place to stay and has everything you could want or need. It was super clean, very homely and comfortable and a great size for our party of 5 adults. We all had a lovely time and plan to return next year
