Terrible!! so disappointing - total waste of journey time/fuel and money! Firstly the key was stuck in the lock on the outside (seemed to be the wrong key) ? so could not lock the door from the inside; unsafe. Review on downstairs: The freezer was so frozen up the door was not closed/ could not be used, 2 large boot prints on the settee where someRead moreone had stood on it ! stains also, really dusty and the main reason for leaving was white dog hairs everywhere - No hoover in the property to have at least clean them up - generally felt dirty. No review on the upstairs. Having made 8 calls to the number provided and left 3 voicemails for help on the afternoon of arrival particularly with the door lock not one person has called me back to date... really bad customer service... and I could hear people clearly working at the back of the hall so there staff on site. Would not recommend at all.... Hide
