This cosy holiday cottage is a great pick for families, couples or small groups of friends, with room for up to four guests across one double and one twin bedroom. It’s one of three beautiful rural homes set on a peaceful smallholding at Strumble Head in Pembrokeshire, with sea views and an abundance of green space to enjoy nearby. You’ll love the dog-friendly vibes. This property's eco credentials include solar thermal energy and a private water supply, supporting the owners provide a lower carbon footprint holiday. Footpaths lead straight from your front door to the coast (1.5 miles) and nearby villages – perfect for walking and cycling. For days out, Goodwick (3 miles) is suited to water sports and wildlife watching, while Fishguard (4.5 miles) tempts with its dramatic cliffs and coastal trails. A walk to the iconic Strumble Head Lighthouse (3 miles) is a must-do during your stay.

Step into the welcoming lounge/diner where a roaring wood burner takes centre stage, surrounded by a comfy sofa and two easy chairs. Natural materials like wood, slate, lime plaster and clay paints give the whole space a warm and inviting feel. The Smart TV is ready for film nights, and a dining table for four sits just beside the hand-crafted, galley-style kitchen. One of the two bedrooms is downstairs – a light-filled twin room with garden views through a striking arched window, plus its own en-suite shower room. Upstairs, the double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and beautiful views across the countryside to Garn Fawr. Please note – the first floor is accessed via a steep staircase, which may not be suitable for all guests.

You’ll have plenty of space for outdoor relaxation with a gravel courtyard complete with an outdoor dining table for al fresco dining. You’re also free to explore the acres of meadows and woodland that surround this cluster of holiday homes, not forgetting to say hello to the resident animals. Guests will also benefit from private parking for two cars.

A really well thought out barn conversion, warm and cosy. Within easy reach of Goodwick and Fishguard for restaurants, cafes and shops. A reasonably short drive to St Davids and the beautiful beach at Whitesands well worth the visit.

Beautiful location. Cottage was clean ,comfortable and well equipped. Lovely and airy for a small cottage. The informative pack provided was useful and the owners were to hand for any other queries. We had a lovely week and would highly recommend.
