Located on a 120-acre working farm, this superb barn conversion is a fabulous country escape for couples, friends or a family. It’s dog friendly too, and welcomes up to four canine companions for exhilarating walks in the surrounding Blackdown Hills Area Of National Beauty or for trips to Devon, Somerset and Dorset. Guests are welcome to explore the lush pastures grazed by sheep or enjoy the numerous footpaths nearby. You’re also invited to book a guided farm tour with the owner, meeting lambs in spring and seeing goats and horses. For golfers, there’s a club at Cricket St Thomas, 9 miles away, while beach lovers can head to the Jurassic Coast and visit the seaside towns of Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Seaton, all within 25 miles. The charming towns of Ilminster, Chard and Taunton are all less than 10 miles away if you fancy a bit of retail therapy.

Absolutely stunning place from the gorgeous, understated interior, to the well equipped kitchen and patio area. The view is beyond incredible. We had a lovely stay with our daughter and three dogs, and couldnt have asked for anything more. The hosts Austin and Kim were lovely and made our stay perfect.
