Rural retreat situated on a farm on the outskirts of the friendly East Yorkshire village of Beeford, this airy, light and cosy holiday home is ideally placed for making the most of the region’s historic market towns, beautiful countryside and idyllic coastline. Forming part of a small group of similar barn conversions, this stylishly updated retreat is an ideal bolthole for walkers, nature spotters and cyclists heading over to the majestic coast of East Riding. The bustling seaside resort of Bridlington is to the north (10 miles), with its delightful beaches and fishing harbour. Along the coast south of Bridlington are Hornsea, Skipsea, Burton Agnes Hall and Barmston, all within 9 miles. Heading inland, the busy market town of Beverley (14 miles) is home to the medieval Beverley Minster and has a wide range of great pubs, shops and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Dumble Farm, Skerne Wetlands and Kilnwick Park, all within 18 miles.

Stepping inside this fresh and beautifully updated barn conversion you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner featuring a high, beamed ceiling, exposed brickwork, flagstone flooring and light streaming in via the large windows. The inviting lounge has a Smart TV, SONOS blue tooth speaker and bespoke furniture, with a sociable dining table to one side. To the rear of the room, the fully equipped kitchen has ample storage and workspace. The property has two beautiful bedrooms, one on each side of the main living area. The first bedroom is a cheery king-size room with a wide bay-style window offering pretty rural views. This room also has its own en-suite bathroom with an elegant freestanding bath. The second bedroom is a spacious super-king zip/link room and has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. It features large floor-to-ceiling windows and a refreshing en-suite wet room.

Stepping outside, the private patio has plenty of garden furniture and a lovely hot tub, offering a relaxing space for you to unwind, dine alfresco and take in the beautiful Yorkshire views. Ample off-road parking is available.

Perfect! Such a beautiful cottage. The interior and attention to detail were of an exceptionally high standard. The surroundings were peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax while exploring East Yorkshire. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Everything had been thought of by our hosts from the spotlessly clean property to the very kind welcome package which awaited our arrival. We loved the two separate bedrooms each with an en-suite as we brought our adult daughter with us and so great that we each had our own space. December 22nd29th, 2025 What an absolutely lovely property! We stayed for a week over Christmas and had the most wonderful time. The entire property was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Although the interior is very modern, it still has a warm, homely feel. The bedrooms were finished to an exceptionally high standard, with stunning en-sRead moreuite bath or shower rooms in both the shower was fantastic! When we first walked in, we all said WOW! The property had absolutely everything we needed for our seven-day stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil imaginable, along with a full-sized fridge and freezer and plenty of storage for food and drinks. The utility room was also extremely well stocked, with items youd expect to find at home, including an ironing board, mop, sweeping brush, hot tub towels, washing powder, and clear instructions for everything. The under floor heating kept us wonderfully warm and cosy throughout our stay. We thought we might miss our log burner at home, but it really wasnt needed. After cold, windy walks on the beach, it was a joy to return to such a comfortable space. There were lots of games and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained, and the strong Wi-Fi and smart TV were real lifesavers at times (especially for the kids!). Ending each day relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect touch. The welcome hamper was very thoughtfully put together. After letting the owner know about our food allergies, Laura went out of her way to ensure there were plenty of things we could all eat and drink, which we really appreciated. Lovely peaceful setting, within easy reach of beaches and other activities. Good area for sea birds. (The only reason I gave 4 stars for value for money was because it was quite pricey for us.) We booked this quite last minute for a two week holiday in with my 18 year old after their exams. What a find, the layout of Apple Blossom cottage is brilliant with a vibrant open and airy living space and two bedrooms. Air flow is great, and needed as we were there in a heatwave! The two distinct patio areas meant we could enjoy sun or shade all dRead moreay, and all of the furniture and fixtures are to the highest quality. I regularly holiday in cottages around the UK and this has to have been the best stocked property for all the essentials with quality kitchen equipment (no blunt kitchen knives here!) We made use of the nearby Chinese restaurant and the fish and chip shop, both delicious and great value. This property is perfectly situated for the beautiful beaches of the east coast, (recommending Angelas tea room in Filey) and also the beauty of North Yorkshire moors and the Howardian Hills. We were blown away when we arrived at Apple Blossom, this place is spectacular! The welcome pack was beautiful and a thoughtful touch, with the fresh flowers blooming for the entirety of our stay. The accommodation itself was pristine, beautifully decorated with everything you needed and more - a luxury home away from home. The location is perfect,Read more a tranquil haven surrounded the best that English countryside has to offer, yet only a short drive away from the market town of Beverley, with so much to explore and the quaint coastal town of Bridlington, with idyllic scenery that stretches for miles. 3 nights simply wasnt long enough and we already cant wait to return. A beautifully presented property with high quality fixtures and fittings in a lovely wildlife friendly setting. Good location for the birdwatching areas of Flamborough and Bempton -and the lovely town of Beverley for a spot of retail therapy.

Had a great stay at Apple Breeze cottage. Very clean and well equipped, comfortable bed and 2 super bathrooms. Very peaceful surroundings with lovely landscaping. The Owner is very friendly and ensures all is ok. Very welcome basket of provisions also. Thank you. If we return to the area we would definitely book again.

The stay at apple blossom was absolutely 1st class. Everything about the place is incredible too a high standard. I've stayed in some incredible places in UK and Europe but breeze farm is without the very best. Thanks for a fantastic stay
