Also nearby are the beautiful Helmingham Hall Gardens (13 miles), perfect for a walk with the family to enjoy the deer park. Nearby villages and towns, such as Stradbroke (1 mile) and Eye (8 miles), have welcoming country pubs offering hearty meals and locally brewed ales. Enjoy day trips across to the Suffolk Coast, with the popular towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold (both 20 miles away), within easy driving distance.
Make your way into your rural retreat through the main entrance which lead into the open plan living and dining space. The space has been designed for friends and families to spend some quality time together, with a spacious lounge area with ample seating, along with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals together from the dining table or enjoy a cup of coffee on the kitchen island. Also, on the ground floor you will find a king-size bedroom with a bathroom with a shower opposite. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine. Make your way up the striking wooden staircase and up to the first floor, where you will find two further king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and one with an en-suite with a bath. Both rooms have been finished to a high standard, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep in this picturesque rural setting. On the landing is a further seating area, ideal to relax with a book or do a little bit of work from home.
A door from the kitchen lead you out to the enclosed garden with large patio that extends across the rear of the building. Enjoy a meal alfresco on the outdoor furniture or show off your chef skills on the charcoal BBQ. The well-kept lawn is a great space for the little ones to play games and let off some steam. Off road parking is to the front of the barn and there is space for three cars.
