Before stepping into this gorgeous property, take a moment to appreciate your surroundings of rolling fields, distant woodlands and the sounds of nature. Head inside to find that the rural charm continues in the form of exposed timber beams, vaulted ceilings and stone tiling. Be greeted by the open-plan lounge/diner and sink into the soft seating after days of outdoor adventure. Flick on the wood burner-effect electric fire here to warm weary feet and paws, and switch on the TV for some easy entertainment. When stomachs begin to rumble, lay up the nearby dining table and follow a couple of steps down into the country-style kitchen. Featuring an extra breakfast table and a Belfast sink, this characterful and airy room boasts all that’s needed to cook up a feast for your loved ones. At the end of each day away, follow the rustic-style wooden stairs to the first floor and choose from two peaceful double bedrooms, both of which nestle under the eaves of the house, while one converts to a twin room on request. Seagrave is located in the most perfect location. It has incredible views, is filled with history in the old cottage, but is furnished in a very pleasing modern style. Above all, it is the truly unique location at the Shelsley Walsh hill climb. We thoroughly enjoyed a members meeting and the opening of the water mill. In the evening we were left inRead more the most special location, with peace and tranquility, just enjoying the bleating of the lambs and the birdsong. Segrave is a fantastic little cottage, for us it was perfectly located at the foot of Shelsley Walsh hill climb as we were competing there! It was well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. The rooms were all a good size and comfortable, with the bathroom being surprisingly spacious. The location is simply delightful - especially if yRead moreou enjoy walking, although amenities such as pubs and restaurants are a drive away.
