Apartment was good size for a couple. Great location for long or shorter walks on the cleveland way. Once car was parked in the yard didnt use it for duration of stay. Around 15 minutes walk to bus route, we used it for Whitby and Saltburn.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped and well looked after. In a lovely setting not far from beautiful places to visit/walk. Great to find a dog friendly cottage as well. Good communication with the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Really good accommodation, well equipped and nice and cosy. The heating was all set up and worked well - always a bonus. The views from the seating / dining area and bedroom were absolutely stunning. We enjoy walking, so the location was ideal for beautiful local walks - and the bus service, a short distance from the accommodation, was extremely eRead morefficient, so we took the bus out a couple of times and walked back. We saw the owner, Karen, several times during our stay - she was lovely and helpful with our questions. Well look forward to a future stay! Hide

A comfortable cottage to rest in after days out and about. Plenty to see and do in the area plus many different places to eat. Good walks to Staithes or Runswck Bay, and a good bus service to the village if you don't want to walk all the way back.

Ideal if you have a dog. Can't commend it enough so much so that we are returning in a couple of months.
