Set within a peaceful countryside location, located in Great Witchingham which has much to see and do. Marriott’s Way, a well-known footpath and cycle route which stretches between Norwich and Aylsham is perfect for walkers and cyclists. Whitwell and Reepham Railway Station, less than 2 miles away is a great family experience. There is a museum, café, and the chance to ride on one of the trains. The quaint town of Reepham (3 miles) has a selection of pubs and cafes. For any golfers, the Royal Norwich Golf Club is just 2 miles away and has a challenging 18-hole golf course as well as a 6-hole academy course. The Norfolk Coastline and Norfolk Broads are not to be missed, with beaches at Wells-Next-The-Sea and Cromer, and the Norfolk Broads (within 20 miles) offer the chance to go paddle boarding, canoeing, or hire a boat for the day.

This wonderful property has been thoughtfully finished and beautifully furnished with relaxation in mind, and this is evident as soon as you arrive. The entrance area where guests can leave their shoes and hang up their coats flows seamlessly into the living area, this light and airy space has been furnished to a high standard with comfortable seating which includes a sofa bed for extra guests if required, and a Smart TV, the ideal place to relax and unwind. From here you can find the family bathroom. Also off the living area is the kitchen/dining space, the kitchen is well-equipped throughout and offers everything you could need to cook up a scrumptious meal to enjoy together around the dining table. Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, the king-size master bedroom and a lovely twin room, both are light and spacious rooms with a stylish finish.

Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a patio area and garden furniture which can be accessed via the kitchen. As well as this, across the parking area is a shared laundry building.

Excellent property - also met the caretaker who was really lovely and helpful I paid extra for my 2 dogs whereby the property website stated dogs were included which was disappointed

Perfect stay in the middle of nowhere. We took my mother in law and the pups for a short week away. The weather was delightful and the cottage and it's location was great.

Lovely long weekend away in this Lodge, really cant fault the place and the local walks and pubs were fantastic. Was a lovely treat exploring Norfolk and we cant wait to return when the weathers better to enjoy the beaches.

What a fantastic Christmas week we have had here, the property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our Christmas meal. We spent the week visiting friends and family that live in Norfolk and this was a great hub to get to everywhere and everyone we needed.

Had a lovely festive weekend here with the dog. Perfect location if you're looking for some peace and quiet but still within a 10 min drive of busier areas with pubs and shops etc. Place itself is lovely and so homely - very comfortable. Would defiantly stay again.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Deer Glade. Everything in the cottage felt brand new and good quality, and it was also very clean and cosy despite the below zero temperatures we had on our visit. Modern, clean and cosy. Beautiful bathroom with large bath. Friendly, responsive owners. Comfortable beds, scenic location with lovely pubs nearby towns. Overall a great stay.

Great lodge! Large bedrooms and perfect for a family with two children sharing twin beds. All kitchen amenities were brand new and had everything we needed. Good space to chill and relax in. Close to Norwich by car . would recommend.

Our stay was excellent. The place was brand new it was clean and fresh and had everything we needed. Even down to board games and some where to wash our towels after a day at the beach. The weather was excellent, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely stay in Deer Glade. We felt right at home and was perfect for our family with a little one. Check in was super easy, the lodge had everything you would need. Even a utility room with washing facilities on site. Lodge was immaculate inside and very clean. Our little boy loved the selection of games, especially the peppa pig ball!
