The charming and peaceful village of Weasenham plays host to this delightful and cosy studio annexe making it the perfect base for exploring the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The popular market town Burnham Market is just 15 miles away with an abundance of independent shops, pubs and cafes as well as Fakenham being 7 miles from the annexe, home of the Fakenham Racecourse. There are plenty of nature reserves to enjoy, including those at Blakeney Point, Snettisham and Titchwell. The long sandy beaches of North Norfolk are also not to be missed, Wells-next-the-Sea is just 16 miles away with a glorious sandy beach as well as in the town centre a number of shops, cafes, delis and amusements to keep the children entertained. The Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or even the Norfolk Broads make for great days out for the whole family.

 

Entering into the property you will immediately find the kitchen area on your right-hand side. This compact kitchen is extremely well equipped and offers all you could need to create a meal for two. The living, dining and bedroom area with comfortable seating, Smart TV and double bed is ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring all this wonderful part of Norfolk has to offer. Just off the living and dining area is the shower room which has a modern suite with shower and WC.

 

To the front of The Annexe is a private and enclosed courtyard style garden with garden furniture with views overlooking the surrounding fields and countryside.

Was a lot smaller than expected. There was no dishwasher or hob as stated just 2 electric plug in rings. Unable to let our dog out as the gates didnt close.

The cottage was clean and had what we needed for a short stay. The dog box, milk and biscuits were a nice touch. The 'enclosed' garden is small and not enclosed. The gate has 2 bolts but blows inwards rendering them useless in any wind and the two hair bands provided did little to stop them opening frequently. There is a secondary gate which allRead moreowed us some protection from the dog escaping, however this leaves a very small alleyway of accessible outdoor space. It's also unclear whether you are meant to park in the 'enclosed' garden, which if you do, leaves no garden whatsoever beyond the alley way. The closest pub is a 5-10 minute drive, or an hour and a half walk along a 60mph road. The nearest shop is around 15 minutes drive into the next village. Lots of surrounding countryside which was great for walks, but would have liked some routes that were off road and led to amenities e.g. cafe as we ended up doing lots of loops and having to take drinks/food with us. The house is located just off a quiet estate, so not quite the countryside feel we were hoping for but without the amenities of a village. The studio was great with the exception of the garden but the location not ideal for us, although maybe we should have done more research. Hide

Once found a compact holiday home with lovely personal touches. Very clean and modern. Good for a few days but possibly too compact for any longer.

Small but lovely. Very clean and bright dwelling. sufficient cooking equipment to make meals. No dishwasher as listed. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with shower with endless hot water a real bonus. Heating if needed. Very quiet and lovely to sit out overlooking the quiet playing fields. Just one spider removed but you are in the countryside after all.Read more Nearest shop about 4 miles away with an excellent pub. I would really recommend this cottage for piece and quiet countryside vacationing. Hide

I stayed at Little Brin for 3 weeks due to working nearby. It is a tiny property but very well equipped and it was perfect for what I needed. Nice quiet location. Not a fault with the property, just a problem with being in a more rural setting - I had to remove several very large house spiders during my stay! plenty of room very clean usefull to have a oven and hob as some places we have been in have not provided this
