Excellent cottage. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need. Hot tub was so relaxing after a day's outing. You will need a car to get around as no local shops or pubs that we found

Overall, the cottage is very clean and has a modern feel, which we really appreciated. The hot tub is a lovely addition and a great feature for relaxing. However, its location means it doesnt get much sun during the day, which was a bit disappointing given the great weather we had. Unfortunately, the hot tub also wasnt warm enough for use on our fiRead morerst evening, which was a shame. Id recommend bringing extra towels specifically for the hot tub, as these werent provided. The twin beds were extremely soft and quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The main bedroom bed, on the other hand, was very firmagain, not particularly comfortable. Improving the mattress quality would make a big difference. Lighting throughout the property could be made much more inviting. The current lighting, especially the harsh strip light in the conservatory, feels too bright and clinical. Warmer bulbs and perhaps a few lamps in the twin bedroom and living area would help create a more relaxing atmosphere. A word of caution when parkingthe entrance is quite tight, and I unfortunately damaged my alloys on the large stones near the gate, so do take care. All in all, this is a lovely property with great potential. With a few adjustments, particularly to the beds and lightingit could be absolutely perfect. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner Hide

The property is in a great location for visiting North Norfolk and it is very easy to find nice walks for the dog straight from the doorstep. The lounge is well designed and very comfortable. The owners have provided good quality WiFi in all rooms which helps when you are visiting with a teenager. The hot tub is large and in a private location. TheRead more bed in the master bedroom is a good size but is a metal frame and any time you make any small movement in the night it makes a loud creak and wakes up your partner. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking appliances however, would benefit from some extra plates and glasses. The conservatory and twin room (which has its only window into the conservatory) got very hot in the summer and we had to go and buy fans to make it ok for my son to sleep in there. Overall a nice property but needs some tweaks. Hide

Sanabrin is beautifully presented property, appears to have been refitted recently with a beautifully presented bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Very clean and tidy property, plenty of space for a young family with children and a pet. The property is located immediately next to a public space (very quiet, very few users) thus handy for pet owners, aRead morend ultimately a vert quiet location off the main A road (there is no noise from the road audible at the property). We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is good for access to the north coast (most coastal towns between 25-45mins accessible from Hunstanton across to Cromer). We had a wonderful time away, the kids were very pleased with the 65" TV! Hide

Great little place in a lovely, peaceful location. Hot tub and views fantastic, gets the sun all day long and cottage was very well-equipped. Secure garden (just watch the little hole next to the gate) for the doggie too made it a lovely stay - the fact we had an amazing week of weather helped!
