There is plenty of space to relax and unwind both inside and out; the courtyard garden to the front overlooks a wild flower area that is a picture in the summer months and the barn is surrounded by countryside views.  The award winning village pub, The Pigs, is a 5 minute drive away or if you are wanting to work up an appetite, you can walk to it via the local bridle path; spa treatments are also available here.  The nearby local garden centre has an excellent fresh fruit and veg store. Shop: 2.5 miles Pub: 0.5 miles

Set in the ever-popular north Norfolk landscape, Edgefield is a rural village just a few miles outside the attractive town of Holt.  The village has an award winning pub with spa facilities and there are plenty of walks from the door down country lanes and across bridle paths.  Holt is just a short drive away and is the place to visit for unique boutique shopping, a great food hall, antique and art galleries and numerous restaurants and cafes, all with their own unique style. Don’t forget to visit the North Norfolk Railway whilst in Holt to re-discover the romance of steam engines that run along a glorious stretch of the coast.  This part of Norfolk is a draw all year round for its coastal landscape, much of which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; it is an attraction for everyone and just a short drive away.  There are farm shops, glorious beaches, stately homes, good pubs and so much more to discover, that one visit to the locality will not be enough.

Lovely barn with very good hall and living room space. Bedrooms were also spacious and bed very comfortable. Good kitchen with lots of utensils. Nice welcome pack too. The location is great, down a quiet lane but close to Holt and the coastline.

Plane Tree Barn is a lovely property a short drive from the beautiful Georgian town of Holt. The property is very spacious and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and the area is very quiet and peaceful so we all slept well. The drive is shared with the neighbouring property but there is ample parking space for a number of cars. We wRead moreould definitely stay at the property again and have already recommended it to others. Hide
