The house has been fully refurbished over the course of 2018 & 19 and is spread over 4 floors with panoramic sea views. The accommodation has been designed to suit large groups, multiple families and is well suited for multi-generational gatherings being well set up for children.
Driving up to beach house you are presented with a stunning view of the substantial white house contrasting with the sea which provides an immediate holiday feel. There is parking space for four cars. The garden has a large sea facing terrace with seating for 15. The garden is ideal for children too with a 12ft sunken trampoline, slide, wendy house and bolthole facing out to sea. The sea facing lawn is perfect for relaxing, playing football or croquet. There is a second south facing decked seating area well suited to an afternoon drink. There is a small gate with steps down to dunes and towards the beach. Equipped with built in gas BBQ.
On entering the front door of the property there is a porch with hanging area for coats, into the hallway and a large open plan kitchen in fun coastal colours, soothing living room with log burner, cloak room and large basement games room. Overall there are 8 bedrooms. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite. On the second floor there are a further four bedrooms.
Why we love this property: It’s sought after position on the seafront, enjoying stunning sea views, watching the sunrise over the ocean. The indoor and outdoor space is generous space and well laid out for a large group get together.
Basement
Games room: Large Smart TV, pool table, games and soft seating for 4 along with additional bench seating complete with cushion pads. The basement area usually functions as a games room, but it can also be set up for team meetings with a long table and chairs. As already listed there is a projector to facilitate this usage. Please request this when you make your booking if it is applicable
Ground floor
Kitchen: Newly fitted with fabulous sea views, a large island with four bar stools and dining table which extends to seat 14. The kitchen is fitted with a 5 ring stoves oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso Essenza Mini (Which requires original Capsules) Benches scattered with cushions are fitted into the bay windows and provide the perfect spot to sit with a warm brew enjoying the sea view. There is also a sofa for 2 and coffee table so that the whole party can enjoy being together. Two high chairs are available and there are also toys and games for a party with young children.
Cloakroom: WC & basin.
Living room: This is a lovely room to get away from the buzz or relax in the evening, play games, read on the chaise longue with soft seating for 10 and a log burner. This room has a 50” TV with freeview box.
Cloak room/utility room: Ideally designed for sorting and storing beach kit. This can be entered most readily from the back door which has an outdoor hot shower adjacent for those returning directly from the sea. Fitted with a washer/dryer, basin.

SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 5: This bright, yellow room is a single room enjoying lovely sea views. It has an in built cupboard with hanging space and shelving as well as bedside table and lamp. Ensuite: Shower, WC & basin.
Bedroom 6: This is ideal for two children or teenagers fitted with a childrens raised cabin bed and 2’6 single bed. Enjoying sea views through the small window. The bedroom is fitted with a chest of drawers and a dolls house.

Pets: Up to 3 pets welcome - strictly to be kept on ground floor or basement only please. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture..
