Muntjac Barn is a spacious, stylishly furnished property that offers that little bit extra. With five bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, this lovely property is great for families or friends that wish to holiday together. It is one of two newly converted farm buildings, the owner has taken a lot of care to ensure that guests are comfortable. Relax in front of the wood burner in the open plan living space or take a quiet moment on the window seat in the kitchen area that looks over a small lake. There is a private patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, the glass screen keeps little ones away from the lake while you can still enjoy the view. On site is a games barn and outdoor play area, great fun for everyone. Shop: 1 mile Pub: within walking distance

This is a non-smoking property. 2005 Roe Deer Barn, sleeping 10, can be booked alongside this property for larger parties who wish to holiday together yet retain their own space. No EV charging permitted at the property.

Briston is large village located within North Norfolk just four miles inland from the Georgian town of Holt. There is a pub, two shops, a bakery and a butchers. It’s a great location from which to explore all North Norfolk has to offer. Holt has a lovely range of local shops, a small independent supermarket together with plenty of tea rooms or restaurants offering locally sourced produce. Catch a steam or diesel train along the Poppyline, a coastal track which visits Weybourne and Sheringham. Many of the most wonderful beaches are within a short drive of Muntjac Barn, go to Wells-next the-Sea and walk along the Quay or visit the vast sandy beach. The popular seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer make for a great day out for all the family, each having a golf course too! Salthouse and Cley-next-the-Sea are great bird watching locations, you will be spoilt for choice with so many places to discover.

Fantastic property with a real wow factor. Such a bonus to find somewhere that has 5 super king bedrooms all en suite ( no dodgy box room to argue over!) excellently equipped and games room/play area was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay, three generations enjoying this wonderful setting overlooking a lake and pasture with sheep. The barn was very comfortable and tastefully furnished the addition of a large playground and games room was a huge bonus. Children could wander down safely and and enjoy meeting new friends from the other barns. Good family fun fRead moreor all and easy to drive to the many nearby attractions and beaches. We were a party of 5 adults and 5 children, ages from 1 to 71. The house is very spacious and comfortable and covered all our needs. The grounds are well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic accommodation for our group of 9. We enjoyed the games room, the amazing lake and wildlife. Great location to explore local scenery, train rides, gardens, nearby towns and beaches. We cooked a lot, found it was a long way round that big island! We enjoyed the cake that grandma made, what a lovely welcome pack with Prosecco and savoury Read morenibbles too. We had a wonderful week, we felt so welcome, were very comfortable. We had lovely chats with owners dad, watched the ducks to and fro whilst cosy by the fire. Muntjac Barn is spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped. The play area and play barn on site is a bonus. It is situated in a central location for visiting the coast or countryside with good accessibility to various historic properties and gardens. The owners are welcoming and helpful.

A lovely barn which felt like floating on water, with the pond almost up to the windows. We really appreciated the space and comfort. Everything was well laid out and the sofas were particularly comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and having 2 fridges was a great touch.

A superb property with the five en-suite bedrooms being a special attraction. Good location, with excellent facilities at the property, including the added benefit of the games room and outdoor games area.

Easy to book - barn far exceeded expectation and Rachel, the owner, was really helpful and got loads of information about our stay. Would def book again.
