This well-equipped first floor property can be found all on one level providing far reaching coastal views from the lounge and the master bedroom.  Spacious, bright and peaceful this property offers a the perfect base to explore the Cornish coast yet is so close to St Merryn village that you can walk to it along public footpaths within 10 minutes. A short drive will find you at any one of several beautiful sandy beaches where you have a wide choice of activities to try including surfing or the popular stand up paddle boarding. If walking is more your style you are within easy reach of the coastal path and with a bus stop in the village you have the freedom to explore other parts of the coast without needing to use your car.

Lounge: TV, DVD player, countryside and far reaching sea views, sofa, 2 arm chairs and coffee table.
Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine, breakfast bar with 2 stools, countryside views from window.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table, chair.
Bathroom: Large walk in thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Ample parking at property, large garden shared with the other properties at Higher Treveglos, garden furniture.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent, gas fired c.h.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided, (please bring own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.

Really nice accommodation in very good condition, you will require transport to get around but ideally positioned for visiting local beaches and towns.

The property was very clean and is in a perfect location if you want to travel around. We managed to go to various beachs and towns that were at most an hour drive away. We went to a beautiful beach that was only 10 mins away. However there wasnt any tea bags, sugar, cleaning products which would have made a difference to our arrival and stay. WhenRead more staying at other apartments they often provide some items such as oil, tea bags etc. We did have to ask for more toilet paper and washing up liquid as there wasnt much provided Hide

Good location for walking the area. A pub (The Cornish Arms) in safe walking distance. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay. Will return.
