Gulland can be found set amongst a lovely large garden at the end of a private lane and has direct access to public footpaths enabling you to enjoy a pleasant stroll to the nearby village shops, restaurants and pubs or, at the start of the lane, The Cornish Arms public house.  The first floor living area of this aptly named apartment provides far reaching countryside and coastal views while the bedrooms and bathroom can be found on the ground floor. There are several stunning, sandy beaches just over a mile renowned for surfing but which also provide rock pooling and sandcastle building opportunities.  Ideally situated for walkers, the South West Coast Path is within easy reach with a bus stop in the village so you are not just restricted to the local area.  At the end of the day the first floor balcony, looking out towards Harlyn Bay and Gulland Rock is the perfect place to sit, relax and take in the sunset.

Cottage had everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was fantastic, rural, lovely short walk to village and close to many glorious beaches.

If you want a restful and peaceful holiday then this is the place to stay no sounds of traffic just the noise of the wind blowing in the trees and the singing of the birds who are sat in the trees!!

Once again a wonderful relaxing break, having been before - last September - it was just what I needed, and look forward to staying again in September. Recommend the apartments to anyone, so quiet and peaceful surroundings, and the lovely caretaker Janet always on hand to advise etc

What a wonderful location this is. We feel like weve come home. 1st time in Gulland and cant complain. There are 2 pubs close and easy to walk to. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down is a must. We will be back
