Lovely comfortable property. Situated on a farm but not muddy around the property and easy access from main road. Perfect garden for the dog. Top notch hot tub. The only complaint we had is the local pub closes after Sunday dinner and doesn't reopen until Wednesday. There isn't another within walking distance but Builth town is only just over 2 milRead morees away. Lovely welcome box and the owners are nearby if needed. Hide

I booked the cottage for a 3-night stay with a group of six adults and a dog. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1 toilets, with heating provided by a ground-source heat pump, which was quiet and efficient throughout our stay. The cottage is situated on a peaceful farm, away from traffic, making it very quiet at night. Within walking distaRead morence is the monument of the last Princess of Wales, which added a nice historical touch to the location. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub in the gardenwe enjoyed it even in the rain! All the facilities were clean and in perfect working order. One thing to note is that there is no EV charger at the cottage, so we used the charging station at the car park in Builth Wells. The owners who live in a nearby house, were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Hide

This was a lovely friendly place to stay for adults, kids and furry friends. There is lots to do (although you need a car). The area is lovely for walking and the pub at the end of the road is welcoming and does amazing food but you need to book in advance.
