Dan-Y-Coed is a lovely, one floor holiday cottage with disabled facilities, located 2 miles from Builth Wells in Mid Wales. Surrounded by 60 acres of stunning farmland and just a short walk from the historical village of Cilmeri (traditional pub and a train station). Situated close to the Royal Welsh Showground (various events throught the year), the Elan Valley Dams and Brecon Beacons National Park. There are also good eating places in the vicinity serving local produce.
Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen / living area. The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob with a fridge/freezer, microwave, table and chairs.
The lounge has a two seater settee and two chairs, TV and DVD.
There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each, one double and one twin, together with a large shower/wet room.
Garden
The garden at the rear of the cottage looks out onto fields. There is also a patio area to the front. BBQ set also available.
Additional Information
All three cottages on site can be opened out into one large cottage sleeping up to 19. Ideal for large families and groups.
There is a shared laundry/drying room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Pet-friendly - maximum 2 dog (per property). There is a small charge of £20 for the week & £10 for short breaks (payable to owner on arrival).
