Waterside Lodge has a prime position set right on the banks of the river, one of only a small number of lodges in a most tranquil setting in the picturesque hamlet of Lynbridge. Just on the outskirts of the popular twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, this delightful lodge has wonderful river views offers fishing directly from the property (annual rod licence only required) and has a private Hot Tub on decked verandah. This verandah runs along two sides of the lodge to give you the best river views and the constant sound of the river cascading through this beautiful lush valley. So when you combine these two in a soundscape, ultimate relaxation is the outcome. This lodge was designed with easy access in mind and is an ideal choice for a family with less mobile guests. The access to the lodge is a gently sloping ramp, ideal for wheelchair users. All the doors as standard are wider for easy wheelchair access. A glazed door leads directly into an open plan living/dining room with a modern fitted kitchen area. The lodge is spacious, but retains a cosy, warm ambiance. A sofa bed in the lounge area provides alternative sleeping. From the kitchen you can watch the river as it meanders its way over moss covered rocks making its way towards the sea. Leading off the living area you will find two attractive bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom with an adjoining wet room with easy access shower enclosure and a further twin bedroom served by an adjacent shower room. The covered verandah and patio area is a delight and a great spot for relaxation and al fresco dining. With a local character Inn serving good food close-by, all the amenities of Lynton within a 10 minute walk and easy access to Lynmouth via the famous cliff railway you can enjoy a great relaxing holiday amid the lush greenery in this deeply cut Exmoor valley. This is an ideal spot for walkers with wonderful river, coastal and moorland walks accessed directly from the property. The surrounding splendour of Exmoor offers many famous beauty spots all within a short drive including, Porlock Weir, Doone Valley and Tarr Steps. However for those who wish to venture further afield the popular coastal resort Ilfracombe with its choices of shops, galleries and restaurants are only approx. 30 minutes scenic drive whilst the glorious sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe Bay are just a further 10 minute drive

Open plan living/dining room with Freeview TV/ DVD and two 3 seater settees (one a sofa bed 180cm x 136cm for alternative sleeping only). Kitchen area with gas hob and gas oven, microwave, fridge (with ice compartment). Bedroom 1 with Double with en-suite wet room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin beds. Shower room with shower, WC and basin.
