Lovely estuary views are all yours at this attractive apartment located on the ground floor of this imposing Victorian house. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped as well as being convenient for all the amenities of the town. With such delightful views you are sure to linger over your breakfast as you sip your coffee watching the wildlife in the estuary or the fishermen coming in to moor their boats.  Pentyre House is only a short step via a gate from the communal front garden to the harbour and the many delightful pubs and restaurants Padstow has to offer but is also well equipped for dining at home and even entertaining. Padstow has a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets wherein will be found many interesting shops and galleries as well as tea shops, patisserie, delicatessen - not forgetting pasty shops of which there are several.

Kitchen: Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Lounge/Diner: Smart TV, Bose Speaker, sofa, dining table and chairs, coffee table, large cabinet and lovely estuary views.
Bedroom: King bed (5'), walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, coffee table and 2 wicker chairs, dressing table and chair, TV, hair dryer, wonderful estuary views. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: The garden is communal to all apartments with patio areas front and rear; there is also a washing line and barbecue.  To the front of the property there are decked areas benefiting from views of the estuary with outdoor seating for all apartments plus 1 sun lounger each. 1 parking space for each apartment. Bikes can be secured to rings on the wall to the rear of the garage (used at your own risk).

Changeover Day: Friday.

Lovely apartment well placed to get into town. Near to bus route and ferry to Rock. Loads of resturants and cafes nearby. This is the 2nd time we have stayed.

This was our second time here. The apartment itself is lovely, beautifully equipped and very cosy for an autumn break. Good views across the estuary. However, the sand company operating from the harbour side start work at around 6am so it is very noisy outside from this early hour so dont expect to lie in ..

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend 2 Pentyre House. The location is perfect for exploring Padstow and the surrounding area. The views across the estuary are fantastic and the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Some older reviews mention that he Wi-Fi isnt good but we didnt experience any problems with this durRead moreing our stay. The only negative we found was the noise from the crane loading and unloading on the dock which started working at 6am and woke us each morning. It was also still going at 11 pm, but apart from that we had the best time. Hide

Apartment no 2 has super views of the camel estuary in both directions, from both the sitting/ dining room and bedroom.Its proximity to the town and harbour is excellent. Very comfortable and practical. All you need for a great holiday. Its our second time this year and we plan to book the same apartment again for next year.

Lovely apartment, plenty of room for two with parking. Clean and plenty of space for clothing. Everything you need in the kitchen. Just a short walk to the town. Great views especially for the New Years Eve fireworks which we watched from the bedroom.

We have returned for our second stay here as the views are an absolute highlight. It is a spacious, well equipped, comfortable flat with an excellent location and parking. An enjoyable week.

An ideal retreat for a couple. It was perfectly located for a walk into the town or to join the other walking routes. Close to the bus stop too so we didnt need to use our car all week which added to the relaxation. Very well equipped and a really comfy bed.

Cannot find any faults with this apartment if you're not concerned about using the internet or you're not worried about stairs. Great location, very clean, and well fitted out.

2 Pentyre House is a wonderful apartment. Central to Padstow and the best stretch of coastline in Cornwall. The view from the windows are superb, the estuary is truly hypnotic. Thoroughly recommend the apartment.

We thought this would be the perfect base for exploring North Cornwall, However, the view from the apartment, its proximity to the harbour and the level of comfort meant that we didn't stray very far from Padstow at all! The view from the bedroom and dining area were beautiful and ever changing...perfect for relaxing and always something going onRead more to watch. A 5 minute walk to the main harbour meant we rarely needed to use the car. All you need to self cater was in the apartment and there are numerous options in Padstow for eating out. Hide
