Lovely little cottage in a great location, very peaceful. Dog friendly but may not suit all dogs - the house is upside down, so kitchen/lounge is up steps which took our dog a while to get the hang of. Chickens pecking around the garden and yard which were very friendly, and cute lambs in the field next to us, but as the garden is not completely enRead moreclosed, we couldn't let our dog off the lead even when sitting in the garden which was a shame. This is a charming little cottage: a converted stable with thick stone walls in the heart of the countryside yet within easy reach of amenities - a delightful 20-minute walk to the nearest village with several others a short drive away. The cottage is warm and well equipped with excellent wi-fi and phone coverage, and very quiet, especially at nighRead moret. The owners are kind and responsive - I had a small problem on day 1 and they sorted it very quickly. I would gladly stay here again. Hide

Smart and homely cottage, if a little remote from shops and pubs etc. Kitchen litter bin was full when we arrived.

Had a great time here. Owners had left plenty of information for the surrounding area. Eddie (dog) loved it here too, got on really well with the owners dog Bess. A very comfortable stay. Very well equipped kitchen area and bathroom. Owners were very friendly and informative. Big thumbs up.
