This pleasant property has been designed as an upside-down house to make the most of the views from the upstairs windows. As you enter the property, you’ll find the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and two separate twin rooms on the ground floor. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC and utility room with washing machine. The stairs will take you up into the bight and spacious living area, which provides plenty of room for a family to spread out and relax. The room includes several sofas, a Smart TV and an electric fire. Around the corner the open-plan kitchen/diner is equipped to seat six people around the table and there is a oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The balcony from the first floor gives guests the chance to enjoy the beautiful views from the property but that’s not the only outdoor space to enjoy!
Stepping outside, guests have their own patio, which has a BBQ/fire pit and outdoor furniture. There is also access to an expanse of shared lawns, with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Guests also have access to a whole range of leisure facilities to keep the family busy, including free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool (subject to availability). The onsite sports hall offers badminton, tennis, netball and football (charges apply). Other shared onsite facilities include snooker tables, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides, or in the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop. Carp fishing is also available nearby.
