A stylish and contemporary new build cottage sleeping two guests in the heart of Porthleven. Perfect for a couple looking for an idyllic hideaway and want to be just a short wander from the fantastic selection of shops, pubs and top rated restaurants that line the harbour front. Explore the characterful streets and dramatic coastline by foot from Portbeck - a true walker's paradise! Relax and unwind after a busy day in the south facing garden and dine al fresco with a glass of wine and some locally caught seafood on your own outside dining area. Inside you will find a crisp stylish décor with luxurious furnishings and furniture. There is underfloor heating on all floors of this cottage to ensure your comfort. Portbeck is an ideal base for exploring the stunning range of beaches on the south coast along with the picturesque Lizard Peninsula whilst also taking in some of the popular, must-see attractions nearby.

GROUND FLOOR (PROPERTY ENTRANCE):

Wetroom: Walk-in thermostatic rainfall shower with separate handheld shower, basin, w.c., heated towel rail.

Master Bedroom: Super King-size bed (6'), bedside drawers, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, tub chair, table, DAB radio, velux roof window with remote control blackout blind. Cooling fan.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Side access to an enclosed private courtyard at the rear, outside dining furniture for two, garden chair, wetsuit hooks and welly boot stand. No private parking at property. On road parking outside of property. Pay and display car parks available nearby.

Excellent ideally placed modern holiday cottage. Well thought out design, bonus of enclosed rear garden and on street parking. Fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended to future guests and their furry friends. Absolutely fantastic place we stayed for one week and there was nothing we needed The location is close to and harbour which has fantastic restaurants too for all requests. The place is so beautiful and organised with everything you need.

The cottage was immaculate and very well equipped Lots of little touches like dog bowls and throws for the furniture to allow your fur babies on the furniture. Great location and we will definitely be visiting again ! Hopefully the weather will be kinder next time x

Lovely stay at Portbeck, very comfortable and cosy, perfect for a November stay. Portbeck has all the home from home comforts and more. Netflix was a bonus although we only had it for a couple of days. Would like to try it out in the summer months, so we will be back! Jack, our miniature Schnauzer, loved it too!

A lovely cute little property - ideally placed in our favourite location, we even had the best weather all year included. Property is immaculate, and on street parking was readily available whenever we needed it. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic use of space in the house. Enjoyed sampling the cafes and restaurants around Porthleven, which were all dog friendly. Weve stayed in Portbeck for a week to walk the Coast path which was stunning . Porthleven is a lovely place. The cottage is perfect. The cream tea put a big smile on my face and the flowers. The bed is the biggest we have ever slept in, so comfy. Fabulous week!

We have stayed in Porthleven many times and this is the best accommodation we have had by far! Tastefully furnished and well thought-out, with all the extras provided to create a real home from home. Beautiful meals at The Square and the best Sunday lunch at The Harbour Inn. A thoroughly enjoyable break and lots of walks with our dog Barney.

Portbeck is absolutely marvelous! The cottage is absolutely gorgeous and feels very homely! Everything you would need is there and the location within the beautiful town of Porthleven is perfect. The patio area which gets sun all day is a massive bonus. We cant wait to go back to Porthleven & stay again in Portbeck.

What an absolute perfect place Portbeck is. It truly is like a home from home. Porthleven is one of our favourite places to stay. The walk from Porthleven to Gunwalloe is beautiful. Had a fantastic stay at Portbeck. Portbeck is a proper home from home. Wanted for nothing, even down to dishwasher tablets! You have a beautiful place here and that bed! So comfy! Do visit Praa Sands and also sample the pizza at the deli on the corner. Well be back!
