Spectacular scenery, stunning beaches, rich heritage and vibrant cities make Wales a must-visit country.

How best to describe Wales? Do we focus on the spectacular countryside that is found in every corner of the country? The five National Landscapes and three national parks that contain grandiose mountain ranges, deep forests, cascading waterfalls and crystal lakes? Or the hundreds of species of wildlife including deer, ospreys and dolphins you can see?

What about the beaches? Wales has some amazing beaches for surfers, sand lovers, walkers, and nature watchers, one of which, Rhossili Beach, has been voted one of the top ten beaches in the world for consecutive years. Visit some of our Wales coastal cottages if you don't believe us.

But that would ignore the rich heritage that Wales has. The country has three UNESCO World Heritage Sites and hundreds of ancient monuments, as well as its vast industrial heritage and over six hundred castles.
