Slightly inland is the charming village of Mynytho, leading along to Porth Neigwl, known for its broad 3-mile beach, a popular spot with surfers, sunbathers and water sports fans. Heading north-east from Llanbedrog, the lively coastal resort of Pwllheli is known as the capital of the Llyn Peninsula, with a wide range of shops and pubs, a beautiful beach, plenty of galleries and a stunning marina making the town a major location for sailing enthusiasts.
