Stanley Apartment 1 is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment in Paignton forming part of the owners large detached property and boasts superb sea views from the bedrooms, kitchen and the lounge diner. A perfect place to stay for a family, friends, couples and walkers.

The property is only a very short walk to the picturesque Harbour boasting cafes, restaurants and regular boat trips to nearby Brixham and Torquay. Paignton Beach is only a few minutes walk away where you will find a fabulous stretch of sand and a pier for entertainment, also many cafes, shops, restaurants and a cinema. Keen coastal walkers can join the South West Coastal Path from the apartment. Preston sands and Goodrington sands are also two additional beaches easily walkable distance. For a day of adventure, hop on the Steam Train at Paignton and enjoy a scenic coastal journey to Kingswear, where you can get the ferry across to the historic town of Dartmouth.

In the months of May through to October why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, Paignton Festival, The Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth food festival.

It has a two seater sofa and two armchairs. There is a flat screen TV in the corner. The dining area has a glass table with four chairs. This area is heated by a radiator.

The kitchen has a stunning view of Torquay.

Sleeping
The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite electric shower, WC and washbasin.
The second bedroom has a double bed (two single beds) with two bedsides tables. This room is lut by a window, a bedside lamp and a ceiling lamp.

Bathrooms
2 bathrooms the main has a bath with electric shower over, WC and washbasin. En suite to master has shower WC and washbasin

Bed linen provided and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

beautiful idyllic apartment with outstanding views,very relaxing. we had a lovely week away there and the owners were very friendly and helpful, the place was spotless too.

This was a great base to explore the local area. The views from the apartment are lovely. The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The local town is within easy walking distance and there are a choice of good beaches along the coast. Numerous costal walks from the doorstep and good rail and bus links.Read more Off road parking is very handy. We had a lovely week here. Hide
