What a fantastic holiday house, my family and I had a wonderful time. The house was very well equipped, clean and perfectly positioned for loads of fun days out. The bed setup was ideal for us, as we had two little ones who love bunk beds, a teenager and grandma who had a single bed each and then my partner and I had the double. The front outdoor aRead morerea was great to sit out in, in the afternoon/evening and the back outdoor area was ideal for letting the dogs out for a quick wee. The neighbours were really friendly as well, which is always nice when in a small village. Hide

This was ou second stay at the cottage this year we enjoyed our first so much, so that says it all really . Once again we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The weather wasn't too good but we were warm and comfy and went out and about between the showers with our three dogs. It's a beautiful area with plenty to see and do, like the Wensleydale CreamerRead morey tour and the unspoilt village of West Burton with its falls. The dogs had a great time playing in them. We also had a meal in the Wensleydale Heifer, not cheap, but the best fish and chips ever and the staff and service were excellent. Hide

Overall cottage was ok. Everything clean although we arrived after the allotted time of 4pm and the floors were still wet through. En suite bathroom lovely and main bathroom good. As previously said full length mirror somewhere would be good. Kitchen definitely needs updating. Position good although you are plagued by very early morning trucksRead more thundering past. Easy access to lots of lovely places. Hide
