Harbour View House is an attractive and spacious four-bedroom property with impressive harbour views. A lovely base for a holiday, the house is located near the centre of Fowey and within a few minutes' walk of the town. Pick up some delicious fresh fare from one of the many small independent shops, delis and bakeries or eat out at one of the inviting cafes, bistros, inns and restaurants; there's plenty to choose from. As could be expected, fresh fish is a speciality and visitors may even like to catch their own on one of the many fishing trips available. Small boats or kayaks are available to explore the estuary, or you may prefer a scenic river or sea cruise. There is a sandy beach at Readymoney Cove a short distance away or perhaps hop on the passenger ferry which runs across the harbour to the quaint neighbouring fishing village of Polruan every 10-15 minutes daily. From here there are stunning walks in every direction including the popular Hall Walk which follows both banks of the river. The whole area is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Harbour View House is well furnished and arranged over three floors. The living rooms are on the ground floor and there is a large open plan sitting/dining room with a bay window giving views of the harbour looking upstream past the church and across the water to Polruan.  From the living room a few steps lead to the stylish and well-equipped kitchen and there is a separate utility room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with harbour views - and a smart family bathroom. On the top floor, the spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, sloping ceilings and an excellent harbour view. Harbour View House is a beautifully clean, stylish property in a great location, with just a few hiccups marring our stay.

We have just returned from a blissful stay at Harbour View. We came here 12 years ago, but it has had quite the makeover since then! It is so comfy, so beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped and the views and location are perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Very well equipped and appointed house throughout. Great views from front rooms. Quiet location, yet central. Walking from the house to the coastal path is easy. Excellent eateries and bakeries in Fowey. Recommend getting groceries delivered as Fowey is steep.
