Cowslip Cottage enjoys an elevated position with far reaching views over the surrounding countryside whilst being conveniently located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Tesco’s. The bustling working harbour is about a 10-minute walk down the hill - here you can watch the fishing boats coming and going or take a boat trip yourself, enjoy the many pubs, restaurants and cafes, boutique shops and art galleries Padstow has to offer. The owners have thought of everything you could need and offer a pet friendly home for all to enjoy, with the downstairs being well suited for little paws and upstairs you will find a touch of luxury with plush carpets underfoot, comfy beds and quality linen for the rest of the family. A fantastic base to the explore the surrounding area, whether its picking up the Camel Trail, visiting beautiful Cornish beaches or walking the South West Coastal path – with so many places waiting to be discovered you'll need to come back again!

Lounge/Diner: Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, two sofas, DAB Radio, dining table and chairs, countryside views.
Kitchen: Built-in electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5') with a Hypnos mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables, wardrobe, two chairs, Smart TV, clock radio, hair dryer, countryside views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, bedside tables, wardrobe, two chairs, Smart TV, clock radio, hair dryer.
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small patio terrace with countryside views, garden furniture, hose pipe, barbecue, 12 steps leading to front door - please take care with young children. Bikes can be secured to a ring on the wall in front of the patio area. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 medium dogs; welcome free of charge.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, heated towel rail bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired .
Shop: 250 yds Pub: 0.5 ml

Fabulous little cottage thats idea for a family of 4 with two dogs, initial issue with there only being the single bathroom but worked around that and wouldnt let that be an issue and would be more than happy to return again, cottage has everything needed to make you feel at home, its comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the little surprises ( wont sRead moreay otherwise its not a surprise ) are a nice touch that make you feel welcome, highly recommend this cottage you wont be disappointed. Cowslip Cottage, What can we say?! It was fantastic. So clean and fresh, had all the appliances we have at home. The beds were super comfy. There was tea, milk and biscuits for us when we arrived. The cottage is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. There were many thoughtful touches, not least for our dog. It is located on the edge of Padstow, but this suited us very well, as it was easy to take our dog out to nearby fields. The centre of Padstow is only 10 minutes walk away. We were on a walking holiday and appreciated the boot room aRead morend the proximity to the bus stops! Hide

Lovely cottage good levels of equipment. Only downsides were the steps from the carpark then steps up to the cottage, awkward for people with mobility problems . Also a shower above the bath could do with a grab rail. Other than that a comfortable stay. Nice and quiet location.

Cowslip Cottage is a beautiful accommodation with everything you'll need for your stay, we had a fantastic week, the weather was perfect, its a great base as to discover Cornwall as we went to Polperro, Charlestown and Mevagissey on south side, went to Newquay and port Isaac, plus obviously Padstow and we covered a few of there beaches, Harlyn, Read moreTrevone Bay, walked to Hawkers Cove and across to Rock, thanks for a great week Hide

Beautiful clean, well equipped house, home from home, as described. Built in an elevated position, boasting beautiful views, however, if mobility issues bare in mind. Easy parking, quiet location, walking distance to Padstow and supermarket. Highly recommend would book again.
