A rural haven! Trearth is a fabulous home from home, boasting location with breathtaking country views. Situated in a peaceful location just under a mile from Treyarnon bay and only a stone's throw away from many North coast beaches. Fill your days with surfing, rock pooling and exploring coastal paths. A short drive away is the fishing village of Padstow where you can enjoy an evening meal in Rick Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant or perhaps take a bike ride along the Camel Trail. Return from your Cornish adventures to dine al fresco, fresh from the barbie in the large enclosed garden and enjoy the beautiful scenic views. Set in an unspoilt area of Cornwall, this property has plenty to offer and room for all.

Lounge: Smart TV with DVD player, books and games, front bay window of countryside views.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, DAB radio, Rayburn (not in use).
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6''), wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer, front bay window.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath (shower over), basin, w.c, heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: Enclosed garden, lawned with shrubs, limited sea view, picnic table, garden bench and chairs. Parking for 2 -3 cars. The garage is available for use & also lockable, barbecue found in garage. There is also an external tap. 

Power and Heat: Electricity and oil included in rent; oil fired c.h./hot water; heated towel rail bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
Shop: 0.9 ml  Pub: 0.9 ml  Coast: 0.9 ml

Great little bungalow! Stayed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period. The bungalow was very well cleaned and very well equipped. The owners left some treats and decorations that were very much appreciated. The photos do not do this bungalow justice, it's better. The location is great, 5 minutes from the beach or village. We are hoping to book agaRead morein for next Christmas. Hide

The bungalow was very cosy and ideal situation for many places in Cornwall.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Trearth. The property was easy to find and immaculately clean. We were pleased with the large array of kitchen equipment as we are a family of 5 and cooking regularly. The location was good, being near to the beach, but unfortunately the road is busy and dangerous therefore we did not attempt it with 3 children. The cRead moreommunication via the folders of information about how to work things in the property was appreciated. We enjoyed our week in the bungalow and would recommend to other families. Hide

Trearth was in a lovely location with views of the valley around and the sea in the distance. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. The walk to the sea was not steep but the road did become a bit busy at peak times. I would highly recommend this property for its location and peace.
