This apartment is situated in a recently-built apartment block at Scarborough North Bay with stunning views of the sea and Scarborough Castle from the lounge. a lovely modern apartment with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The apartment has parking and it is only a short walk down to Peasholm Park and a fifteen minute walk up to the town centre with all its amenities.

Entrance to the building is from parking area at the back.

Entrance: A lift or stairs takes you to the fourth floor.

The lounge area has comfortable seating for four, a nest of coffee tables, Smart TV on a cabinet. French doors open up to a small Juliette balcony with beautiful views across the sea to the castle. There is a dining table and four chairs. Alexa.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: King sized bed with two bedside cabinets and lamps, wall mounted Smart TV, chest of drawers.
En suite: Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds with bedside cabinet and lamp, built-in wardrobe wall mounted Smart TV.

Parking: Private parking space for one car first space on the left.

This is lovely accommodation, with amazing sea views. We loved it! The flat offers really practical living space, ample facilities and is central yet quiet. Highly recommended!

Lovely comfortable apartment with wonderful views of the sea and the castle. The secure parking is a great bonus. We loved our little break at the coast, and a novelty for us at this time of the year

The location was excellent and the Seaview was beautiful. The parking space was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and will definitely book again

Really great apartment and super location. Easy walk to explore both North bay and South bay. Great views to look out onto. Good location, about half an hour to both Bridlington and Whitby for days out.

We had alot of trouble with disgruntled neighbours about our Dissabled scooter. Parked in downstairs hallway. At one point it was turned off whilst charging. Another time someone covered the plug point. This caused alot of distress. We were told at booking our hols it wouldn't be a problem ! Might be a very good idea to warn dissabled holiday mRead moreakers they are definitely not welcome . We did try to enjoy our hols as the apartment was good and lovely view. But sorry we wont be back. Hide
