Half Pint is a fantastic ground floor apartment situated in central Southwold yet benefiting from being tucked away from the main hustle and bustle and boasting a beautiful view towards the Church and its surrounding green. As you enter the front door you walk into the open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area which has been newly furnished to a high standard. It offers a large corner sofa with footstool, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The large bay window allows plenty of natural light to pour into this room. As you head further into the apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen area with everything you could need for your self-catering stay. The bedroom, also situated on the ground floor, is furnished with comfort in mind and fully carpeted. Just next door to the bedroom is your bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Half Pint also offers a private courtyard area with seating for outdoor eating. Shop: 250 yards Pub: 250 yards.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

A lovely apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. Ideally located just minutes from the beach, town and the ever excellent Canteen! We'll be back!

A lovely space. Just right for the two of us and our dog. Clean and comfortable. Close to the beach, town centre and Adnams brewery. Perfect.

This is out fifth stay at Half Pint and will definitely be back again. Lovely property, minutes from the beach, well equipped, clean and safe. Great that we could take our little dog and having the little park opposite is ideal. The welcome pack is a lovely idea, especially the little treats for the dog.

Really well-located ground floor property, just outside the centre so we could always find parking not too far away, but no distance at all to shops, brewery and beach. Lovely property across from the church. The property was very pet friendly with an enclosed yard and the church green straight across the road. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Parking is not provided and you have to park on the roadside but there is a free car park on York road which you can park on until the day visitors have leftRead more if you cant find a space. All the amenities in Southwold is within easy walking distance from the accommodation & you can use the footpath through the church yard which takes you straight into town. Would recommend The Canteen a couple of doors up from Half Pint lovely food and also dog friendly as is the majority of pubs and cafes in the town. Would definitely recommend Half Pint when staying in Southwold Hide
