Penpont is a beautifully restored town house just a 3 minute walk from the stunning Perranporth beach. Overlooking the bay, beach views can be enjoyed from four of the five bedrooms of this light and airy house. Providing spacious, modern accommodation, the owners have gone to great lengths to refurbish the house to a very high standard ensuring the comfort of their guests. The ground floor flows from room to room encompassing the patio area where al fresco dining is a must, but there to enjoy at any time of day complete with barbecue and outside shower. The popular surfing beach of Perranporth is only 100 yards walk from the house and the village is a short distance beyond where a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants can be found. Besides surfing, other local activities on offer include kite surfing, horse riding, golf, parachuting and tennis, not to mention the beautiful coastal walks. For a change of scene Holywell Bay Fun Park is close by and with Newquay only 6 miles away there is always something new to see and do. The Atlantic Highway can be joined seven miles inland from Perranporth allowing easy access to other places of interest in Cornwall making Penpont the perfect holiday home for all!

The house is lovely and a perfect location, the beds were very comfortable. Over all we had a great stay there were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The location was perfect, we have been visiting Perranporth for years and couldn't believe our luck when we found this home to stay in - and with parking for more than one car! Lovely spacious property for a large family group , 3 cars were adequately parked. Town and beach in walking distance. Our age range was 3 to 80 and we all had a lovely time.

Lovely house in the BEST location. We lucked out with the weather which helped but to be able to walk down to the most beautiful beach within minutes was ideal. We were a party of 9 and the house worked perfectly. Lovely interior, very comfortable beds and everything we needed. Will definitely book again
