This stylish and modern house is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday.  Overlooking fields to the rear, it is tucked away in a quiet location only a mile from the centre of St Merryn village and a couple of miles from some of the best beaches in Cornwall. Furnished in a modern, contemporary style it is very well equipped with great electronic gadgets including three TVs boasting a 50" plasma screen. With ample parking and flexible accommodation, Atlantic Breeze is sure to please. It is only 3-4 miles from the historic and picturesque fishing port of Padstow. Nearby St Merryn village has several restaurants, takeaways, pubs (one of which is also owned by Rick Stein) and shops. Facilities on St Merryn Park include sports bar, bar serving food, shop and tennis courts (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities).

GARDEN & PARKING: The spacious front drive has room for up to 3 cars.  To rear is a secluded garden with a raised patio area, lawn, gravel patio, garden dining furniture set and barbecue.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 3, £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet. 
Power and Heat:  Electricity and oil included in rent; hot water solar panels, oil fired boiler providing c.h. and additional hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels will be provided (please bring your own beach towels).

The property was clean, had everything needed, very well equipped. The location was great, dog friendly beaches nearby. We had fabulous weather and a really enjoyable holiday.

Atlantic Breeze is a lovely holiday home with everything the family needed. We have never seen such a well equipped kitchen. The location is great for local attractions, beautiful beaches to visit and places to eat out.

The cottage was a real home from home. Everything was catered for inside the house and the garden was fully enclosed which was perfect with an escape artist of a dog. The beds were really comfortable and to have 3 separate bathrooms was a bonus, especially with 2 teenage boys. The cottage is situated a short distance from a number of lovely beachRead morees (most dog friendly all year round) and close to Padstow and Wadebridge. Hide

We stayed here with our son & daughter, their partners, and our 5 month old granddaughter. The size of the cottage was perfect for us, and we all enjoyed our stay. We didn't use the upstairs lounge as we tended to spend the evenings sitting around the dining table, playing games. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage. The garden excellent for 3 dogs and 2 children. The cottage is very close to lovely beaches Harlyn, Constantine, Treyarnon . Padstow is also nearby but very busy . Thank you for the welcoming goodies.

Perfect Holiday Home in a Perfect Location. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen We spend a lot of time relaxing in the large secure garden with our dogs , who loved it too. Have already booked for next year .

A real home from home, so comfortable, clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Every little detail has been thought about. Great location, close to so many beaches, and the garden is a perfect sun trap to sit and have a drink after a day on the beach. Also great for the dog. Atlantic Breeze is a lovely property. It feels very homely from the moment you pull up on the drive. The inside is so well laid out with 2 double bedrooms, 3 modern bath/shower rooms to choose from and a well equipped kitchen and dining room (with sofa) downstairs as well as a further twin bedroom and family lounge upstairs. All bedrooms had smart Read moretvs and downstairs also had a Sonos speaker you can connect to. Outside is a very comfortable patio table and chairs as well as a bbq set, rotary washing line, large fully fenced garden (which was perfect for our two Labs). The property is spotless. So well maintained and with everything you could need. The house is in a very quiet part of the St Merryn Holiday Village. We went in the September heatwave and slept with the windows open and didnt hear a sound all night. All in all made for a very comfortable holiday. We didnt want to leave and would happily return anytime. Hide

From the point of booking with Cornish Horizons to arrival at Atlantic Breeze we were kept in touch with and given lots of helpful information. The property was beautiful with ages ranging from 2 years old to 60 it was perfect for our stay. Well equipped, comfortable beds and a lovely garden space.

One of the best equipped holiday houses we have stayed in. Plenty of good quality kitchen equipment which makes a real difference when cooking after a full day out. Very comfortable, and plenty of space for the family to spread out. We'll located close to lots of beaches walks and Padstow.
