The award-winning beach and local amenities including shops, surfing equipment hire, family friendly pubs and restaurants are all on the doorstep.  If you can tear yourself away then why not have a walk out to the Bull Point Lighthouse from the neighbouring village of Mortehoe or have a family day out at one of the local attractions such as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and theme Park, Exmoor Zoo or the National Trust owned Arlington Court all of which are within a short drive.

Accommodation: 35 Stairs to Second floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with Smart TV, stereo, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 with Super-king and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin beds. (NO Zip n Link option) Bathroom with bath, shower over bath WC and basin.

Very comfortable, clean flat with everything you could need provided. In a convenient position to walk into Woolacoombe.

This property was an excellent find. Beautiful property in a stunning location. It was so clean ,well appointed and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. The owner was very kind with welcome package and communicated with us efficiently. The Wi-Fi was excellent which pleased my family members. We hope to return soon.

This property was stunning. It was very clean and very tidy. Great views of the bay as well. The owner was very attentive and had even decorated the apartment for Christmas which was a wonderful touch. All in all it was a great place to stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. Views to die for from the balcony, totally spotless flat, extremely comfortable and fully appointed. Everything you need is there, just excellent. Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

It is a fabulous property with perfect views and in a fantastic position. Its lovely inside and the owner provides all the necessities which we have never had before. I wish it was mine!
