A stylish contemporary holiday apartment near the seafront in Southwold with two pretty courtyards, parking and amenities nearby.

Turnstones is located in the award winning Tibby's Triangle in the heart of Southwold. Interiors are beautiful - the open plan living space is a lovely sociable area incorporating the fully fitted kitchen packed with all the usual appliances to meet your self catering holiday needs. Wide French doors lead onto one of the two courtyards, the perfect spot for relaxing with a coffee over breakfast and planning the days activities. The two bedroom accommodation has plenty of room for four guests, and would equally suit a family or two couples planning a holiday on the Suffolk coast. 

Turnstones is perfect for families or friends planning a holiday in Southwold. Spend days on the beach building sandcastles with the kids, take a stroll to the pier and people watch along the prom… this traditional seaside holiday hotspot is famous for its iconic lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the nearby pubs.

Notes: BT Infinity Wi-Fi and towels provided. If electric charging is not selected at booking point you will not be given the code to use the charger. 

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is less than 500m away!

Great location and a wonderful property. Well kept, equipment to a high standard and very clean. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was very warm and cosy. Turnstones is a conveniently situated apartment with the huge advantage of a parking space. Perhaps because it was set up several years ago it does not have the newest and most modern of facilities. That said, it is kept very clean and we will probably visit again.

My husband and I have stayed at Turnstones at least six times during an autumn/winter break, occasionally with friends. Its central to most areas such as shops, pubs and the beach. The ground floor apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a light airy feel and underfloor heating. There are two bedrooms a double and a twin and two bathrooms.Read more There is everything that you need here. For spring/summer months there are 2 outdoor verandas to sit out and/or bbq. This property was perfect for us. 3 adults, 1 a wheelchair user. Good amount of crockery/cutlery, everything spotlessly clean. Comfortable property. Booking process was straightforward. EV charger was very welcome. Welcome treats appreciated very much.
