This gorgeous and well-appointed barn conversion is the perfect holiday destination for a family or a couple, complete with parking and patio garden is situated in a tranquil position on part of a working farm.  The luxurious accommodation offers quality and comfort to the discerning visitor.  With underfloor heating throughout it will not matter the time of year, you will be sure of a memorable stay in this beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated property. The Well House enjoys views over the rolling countryside but is within easy reach of the villages of St Mabyn and St Tudy are just over a mile away; both have an excellent pub (St Mabyn boasting a fine dining restaurant) and a useful village shop.  If spending time at the beach is for you, the busy seaside village of Polzeath is a short drive away with many places of interest nearby including Port Isaac made famous by the Doc Martin television series. Whatever you decide to do with your day you will be able to come back and relax on the patio and take in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Located next door to The Granary sleeping 2.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating throughout, heated towel rail in bathroom. Heating and hot water by biomass boiler (woodchips), electric immersion back up.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: High chair and travel cot can be hired from the owner @ £10 per item per booking NB stair gates cannot be used.
Shop: 1 ml  Pub: 1 ml

A very comfortable cottage with a high standard of interior decor and furnishings in a quiet and peaceful location with good access to North and South coasts of Cornwall.We had a excellent week's holiday.
