The Little House is a charming two bedroom holiday cottage located in the heart of the Suffolk market town of Woodbridge. The Little House is only a three minute walk to all the shops, pubs and restaurants and is the ideal choice for a family or couples looking to explore this beautiful part of Suffolk. Woodbridge is a historic town of great character situated on the River Deben. Its charm lies in the many narrow picturesque streets of fine houses and cottages, the river, a popular marina, the busy boatyards, the famous Tide Mill, the ancient buildings around the Market Hill and the fine Church. Woodbridge has an interesting shopping centre, with many specialist shops, good restaurants and pubs, together with art galleries, antique shops, town museum, Suffolk Horse museum, an excellent cinema/theatre, large recreation areas and an indoor heated swimming pool.

The cottage is nicely situated for exploring Woodbridge, which is a lovely town with some nice riverside walks, pubs, cafes and eateries and a lot of quality shopping. It also has the added benefit of a railway station which opens the possibility of exploring the area more fully without having to use the car. I will definitely be back. The property is in a perfect location close to Woodbridge centre. The parking space is a welcome bonus. We stayed for 4 weeks as we were between selling and buying a properties and found the house very comfortable and well equipped.

Excellent base in Woodbridge to explore the town and the stunning river, which we did! The cottage has everything you could need. The master bedroom with en suite was very spacious. The open fire was there to use and very tempting but maybe next time.

The situation of the cottage is great, plus the parking spot. The cottage needs some work to bring it up to a good standard. The kitchen was nice but everywhere else was tired and needed work. Pleasant mid terrace house. Good location. Easy walking into town. Steep stairs - as should be expected for the style of house. Adequate car parking space at the rear (wouldn't want to drive a big car through the small streets though)

Super location and rear parking is excellent. Comfort of furniture is not great. Needs a little investment in better quality sofa. Toaster needs upgrading to 4-slice.

Lovely cottage. Very well equipped. Beautifull old wooden furniture in the living room that matches the beautiful old wooden doors. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Keep in mind that the house is old, so you can obviously hear every footstep from above. We loved it all, hte living room, the conserveraty, the patio - we enjoyed our days here and woRead moreuld definitely reccomend it. The parking space is super practial (and also big enough). The short ways into Woodbridge are unbeatable. Great value for what you get. Hide

We had a lovely holiday in this cottage. It is in a great location. We sat in the garden which was a lovely sun trap. My mum is 89 & has some mobility issues. The stairs are very steep and narrow but she was able to manage with the heavy duty hand rail. There are a couple of other steps inside this cottage but were manageable for my Mum.

Comfortable cottage ina very convenient location with parking. Important in Woodbridge. The garden and conservatory are a big plus. Great having two bathrooms. A warm cottage. Woodbridge is a great place to stay.

Great location for the town with its own parking space which is very useful in Woodbridge . Some fittings and furniture have seen better days.
