The Little House is a charming two bedroom holiday cottage located in the heart of the Suffolk market town of Woodbridge. Woodbridge is a historic town of great character situated on the River Deben. Its charm lies in the many narrow picturesque streets of fine houses and cottages, the river, a popular marina, the busy boatyards, the famous Tide Mill, the ancient buildings around the Market Hill and the fine Church. Woodbridge has an interesting shopping centre, with many specialist shops, good restaurants and pubs, together with art galleries, antique shops, town museum, Suffolk Horse museum, an excellent cinema/theatre, large recreation areas and an indoor heated swimming pool.

We had a lovely holiday in this cottage. It is in a great location. We sat in the garden which was a lovely sun trap. My mum is 89 & has some mobility issues. The stairs are very steep and narrow but she was able to manage with the heavy duty hand rail. There are a couple of other steps inside this cottage but were manageable for my Mum.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage as it was in a good position only ten minute walk from town. If recommendations to owners carried out we would recommend it to others

Comfortable cottage ina very convenient location with parking. Important in Woodbridge. The garden and conservatory are a big plus. Great having two bathrooms. A warm cottage. Woodbridge is a great place to stay.

Great location for the town with its own parking space which is very useful in Woodbridge . Some fittings and furniture have seen better days.

The Little House is in a perfect location for Woodbridge, with the quayside, boatyards, river walks and shopping all within walking distance, plus a parking space which is a bonus in Woodbridge. But it's let down by being a bit grubby with cleanliness obviously not a priority. Furniture and equipment is old, but old doesn't have to be dirty. The woRead morerst was that there was no hot shower until a plumber came to fix it the day before we left, and the bathroom extractor didn't work. Poor to non existent communication from the letting agent was disappointing to say the least. And 2 hours after checking out, having received no check out instructions except the check out time, I received a text advising me to vacate the property by 10 am TOMORROW ! So someone had messed up the booking, and it wasn't me.... I will not be booking a holiday let through Suffolk Secrets / Original Cottages again, nor will I stay at The Little House again! Hide
