Binkley's Cottage is a charming traditional stone-built cottage located in a small North Yorkshire village of Silpho. It has a spacious conservatory with views into the large garden with flowers and herbaceous borders. There are some beautiful open country views beyond the garden borders, towards the North Yorkshire Moors and Dalby Forest. In the garden there is a spacious play area with a swing, a slide, a seesaw , BBQ and garden seats. The property has a private off-road parking. Silpho is a quiet village situated in the North York Moors National Park, surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is ideal for a walking/touring/cycling holiday and the famous seaside resort of Scarborough is only seven miles away. It is a fabulous place to chill out and enjoy nature. This year celebrating 26 years success with INGRID FLUTE'S, part of The Original Cottage Company's family of local brands .

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge:  TV, wood burning stove with oak beamed ceiling.
Kitchen/Diner: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and slow cooker.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Conservatory: With extra dining table and chairs and sun loungers.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Open country views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe.Open country views.

Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Garden: There is a large lawn with flowers, shrubs and garden seats. It also includes a patio and BBQ with a play area for children.
Parking: Private parking for two cars off the road.
Heating: Oil central heating, underfloor heating in the Wet Room, wood burning stove (fuel included).
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Pub and Shop: 3.5 miles.
Notes: Travel cot and high chair are available. Mobile phone signal is weak. No smoking at this property. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. Please bring your own towels. Fuel for the wood burning stove is provided. Selection of indoor games, badminton set and small trikes available. Secure bike storage available.

Silpho
The small village of Silpho stands on the level heights of the Tabular Hills just four miles from the coast and is exposed to the air of the North Sea. There is a village pond and the tall water-storage tower is a great place to visit. The limestone hills offer a beautiful landscape and offer great scenery for a walk. This quiet village situated in the North York Moors National Park and is ideal for a walking, touring, cycling holiday and the sophisticated seaside resort of Scarborough is only seven miles away.

A very cosy and well equipped cottage in a lovely location, ideal for great beaches and forest walks. The secure garden was massive and ideal for our border collie Skye. I have visited Binkleys cottage 5 times with my 4 dogs. The location is great, the garden is amazing and it always offers me a great homely feel and a great deal of peace.

Excellent location, nice and quiet, very cosy inside, terrific countryside views, with every home comfort you could wish for. And of course a huge garden which suited our three dogs.

A fabulous cottage in an ideal location for several amazing beaches, the gardens and the views are very special too, hosts are on hand if you need anything and our four Dachshunds loved their week away.

Loved our short stay at Binkleys Cottage. The weather wasn't good to us but we did manage to sit in the garden a couple of times and admire the wonderful view and garden.

We have enjoyed coming to Binkleys Cottage in Silpho for many years. It is a beautiful old cottage with the most wonderful garden and all modern conveniences such as dish washer, wet room and kind personal touches such as flowers and biscuits on arrival. It is the perfect spot from which to explore the North Yorkshire coast and countryside and if Read moreit is raining you can relax in the sun room which overlooks the garden and its magnificent views. It feels such a gift to be able to stay in a cottage with beams and art work of the local area. It must be a complete original! Great cottage with super facilities and the most beautiful garden. It wasn't a holiday for us but a stop over in between house moves but just so comfortable with everything we needed. Cosy and spotlessly clean we would happily stay again. Thank you very much. PS. Super dog friendly too.

A lovely cosy cottage. It was snowing heavens high when we were there, the log burner was a godsend. I would love to visit in the summer to take advantage of the fabulous garden and conservatory. Truly a gem of a find, we will definitely revisit. Lots of plantation walks close by for our three dogs.

Fab cottage with an amazing garden which is very safe for dogs. Ours loved the garden and there are lots of different places to sit and enjoy it and the views over the countryside. Binkleys cottage in Silpho is a perfect location for the beautiful Yorkshire coast, moors, forest and dales. There is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere with everything you could possibly want in the cottage. There are kind, welcoming touches on arrival. It is truly unspoilt, but with all the modern conveniences. Better than expected. Plenty of room in the cottage for 3 adults and 4 small dogs. Garden is extra large and safe for dogs to use. Safe driveway for 2 vehicles behind locked gates.

Terrific property, the garden absolutely makes it. A little oasis on the border of the Yorkshire Moors! We are going to miss that view every day! Would book again and will recommend to friends. The cottage we rented was above and beyond what we were expecting and the hosts were superb. It was easy to book and our holiday was perfect.
